Service Advisor

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs. Prepare and present service estimates and obtain customer approval. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle service. Process service orders, invoices, and payments efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history. Promote additional services and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology. Proficient with computer systems and service management software.
