Location:[Sumner, WA] Employment Type:Full-Time Pay Rate:Salary, Determined after the interview About the Role In this role, you will lead restoration and reconstruction projects for residential and commercial propertiesimpactedby fire, water, storm, and other disasters.This role combines project management, customer service, leadership, and constructionexpertise. You will oversee projects frominitialassessment through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to the highest industry standards. Responsibilities Lead restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members Prepare andsubmitaccurateproject estimatesin a timely manner Review budgets and work orders prior to project initiation Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes Conduct regular site visits andmonitorproject progress in the field Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations Recruit, develop, andmaintainrelationships with skilled tradespeople and subcontractors Achieve operationalobjectivesrelated to sales, gross margin, and customer experience Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics during regular review meetings Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process Required Qualifications Experience in construction and construction project management Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams Strong planning, organization, and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and customer relationship skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Physical Requirements & Working Conditions -This position requires working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including active construction and restoration sites.
