Utilize principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Adhere to standards of nursing practice. Skilled in using a PC, applicable software, peripheral equipment, and relevant clinical databases. 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care is required. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 to 18 during the day shift and 1 to 25 during the night shift. Dress code is scrubs.
