Pay: $25–$45/hour + Performance-Based Commission Schedule: Flexible; approximately 15–30 hours per week depending on project needs and availability Job Overview LiveLab is looking for confident, energetic, and sales-driven male TikTok Livestream Hosts to represent a variety of consumer brands across categories including automotive products, power tools, DIY equipment, consumer electronics, smart devices, fitness equipment, and other performance-driven lifestyle products . This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking on camera, explaining products clearly, demonstrating how products work, and turning product features into compelling reasons to buy. You do not need to be an expert in every category. However, you should be curious, coachable, comfortable learning product specifications, and able to quickly understand how a product solves a customer problem. Strong candidates may come from backgrounds in sales, retail, automotive, fitness, construction, tools, electronics, content creation, livestreaming, or customer-facing roles . Product Categories Depending on business needs and brand fit, you may be assigned to projects involving: Automotive accessories and car care products Car electronics and smart automotive devices Power tools and hand tools DIY and home improvement products Outdoor and garage equipment Smart home and tech products Portable power stations and energy products Fitness equipment and home gym products Treadmills, walking pads, and workout equipment Other technical or demonstration-heavy consumer products Hosts may work across multiple brands and categories based on performance, availability, product knowledge, and overall project fit. Key ResponsibilitiesLivestream Hosting Host TikTok Shop and other e-commerce livestreams in a professional, engaging, and sales-focused manner Present products clearly and confidently while maintaining strong on-camera presence Keep viewers engaged throughout the livestream through conversation, demonstrations, storytelling, urgency, and audience interaction Respond to viewer questions in real time and address common purchase concerns Guide viewers through the purchasing process and communicate promotions, discounts, bundles, and limited-time offers Maintain consistent energy and professionalism throughout each live session Product Demonstration Demonstrate products live and explain how they function in realistic use cases Translate technical specifications into simple, customer-friendly language Highlight product benefits instead of only listing features Compare products, functions, use cases, and value propositions when appropriate Demonstrate tools, electronics, automotive products, or fitness equipment safely and accurately Learn proper product setup, operation, maintenance, and key selling points before going live Understand customer pain points and position products as practical solutions Use persuasive but natural sales language to drive conversion Create urgency around promotions without sounding overly scripted Adjust your sales approach based on viewer questions, traffic, and livestream performance Work toward project-specific GMV, conversion, engagement, and sales goals Identify which product angles and talking points perform best and continuously improve your pitch Collaboration & Performance Improvement Work closely with Project Managers, Moderators, and the Operations team during livestreams Follow real-time operational and brand-related instructions Participate in livestream reviews and performance feedback Apply feedback to improve presentation, product knowledge, engagement, and sales performance Participate in project-specific training before independently hosting Support testing of new scripts, selling points, demonstrations, and livestream strategies What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Confident and comfortable speaking on camera Energetic, expressive, and naturally engaging Able to maintain strong energy during longer livestream sessions Strong at explaining technical information in a clear and relatable way Persuasive without sounding overly aggressive or scripted Able to think quickly and respond naturally to live audience questions Comfortable receiving real-time feedback and adjusting quickly Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to work independently while also following direction from the project team Comfortable working in a fast-paced livestream commerce environment Preferred Background Previous livestream experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Automotive Car dealerships or automotive retail Hardware or tool retail DIY / home improvement Construction or mechanical work Electronics or technology retail Fitness or personal training Brand ambassador work Content creation Physical & Product Demonstration Requirements Depending on the assigned project, hosts may be expected to: Stand for extended periods during livestreams Demonstrate fitness equipment such as treadmills or walking pads Handle tools, automotive accessories, electronics, and other consumer products Perform basic product demonstrations involving lifting, assembling, moving, or operating products Follow all product-specific safety instructions during demonstrations Reasonable accommodations may be available where appropriate. Training All selected hosts will receive paid training before independently hosting assigned projects. Training may include: TikTok Shop and e-commerce platform knowledge Product-specific training Sales scripting and objection handling Camera presence and presentation coaching Practice livestreams Performance feedback and evaluation Training length may vary depending on the complexity of the product and the host's previous experience. Compensation $20–$40/hour , depending on experience, performance, and project assignment Additional performance-based commission Paid training Opportunities to work across multiple brands and product categories Opportunities for additional hours based on availability, project demand, and performance Schedule This is a flexible part-time, on-site position.
