Evening Youth Support Specialist - Housing & Life Skills

Avenues for Homeless Youth in Minneapolis is seeking a Youth Support Specialist to provide direct support to youth in a structured, safe environment. The specialist will build positive relationships, support daily routines, and help youth develop life skills for long-term stability. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 24 years of age.
