We are currently seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our growing team serving Sacramento, Roseville, and Folsom.

Position Highlights

• Hybrid schedule with a flexible mix of in-person and telepsychiatry appointments
• 100% outpatient model
• Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends

• Base salary starting at $300,000+ (Final compensation depends on reimbursement structure, experience, and production model)

Responsibilities

• Medication management and interventional psychiatric treatment, including TMS, Spravato, and ketamine therapy
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and trauma-related disorders
• Collaborate with therapists, APPs, and primary care providers on integrated treatment plans
• Utilize EHR and clinical technology platforms as part of daily patient care

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Active DEA license
• Fully licensed in the State of California

Preferred Experience

• Interest in or experience with Spravato and IV ketamine treatment modalities
• Interest in or experience with TMS and interventional psychiatry
• Experience with outpatient and telepsychiatry care models

  Clinicians without prior ketamine or TMS experience will receive training and support, though openness to these treatment modalities is strongly preferred.
