Role & responsibilities We are looking for Tech Sourcers to help us find the best tech talent in the global market like North America and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment and good understanding of technical landscape, to attract and hire top talent. Key Requirements. Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates in either One of the mentioned Tech Stack Software Development Engineer, Data Analytics & IT - Infrastructure or related technical roles. Software Development Engineers Data Analytics IT - Infrastructure or related technical roles. Screening & Evaluation: Comfortable conducting candidate screening on Phone to assess technical skills Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed.com and other sourcing tools.
