About the Role We are hiring licensed mental health therapists and counselors to provide remote, telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients. Positions are available as part‑time or full‑time W‑2. Part‑Time: Minimum 12 hours per week; flexible scheduling. Full‑Time: 40 hours per week; evening and Saturday availability required. About You Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus). Experienced with teens and young adults. Passionate and skilled in group services. Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video. Available evenings to meet client needs. Committed to self‑care and addressing the rural mental health crisis. Qualifications Licensed or pre‑licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome). Master’s degree in mental health or related field. Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred. Availability between 12–40 hours per week depending on part‑time or full‑time position. Familiar with cloud‑based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
