This clinic treats complex and non-complex neurologic diagnoses, general orthopedic conditions, and patients undergoing prosthetic rehabilitation, working alongside a dedicated on-site orthotist and prosthetist. Benefits $80,000-$95,000/year + productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus Student loan repayment paid directly to your lender each month, with increased value after two years of employment $1,500 CEU allowance and paid APTA membership dues 401(k) with 4% employer match Generous PTO, medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage AI-powered clinical documentation support that reduces after-hours charting, so work stays at work Structured onboarding, mentorship, and career development for new graduates and experienced clinicians alike Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence In Motion (EIM), including residency, fellowship, and board certification support Responsibilities Perform comprehensive outpatient evaluations, reviewing patient medical history and identifying needs through movement analysis and clinical judgment Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and equipment-based treatment to improve mobility and manage pain Treat complex and non-complex neurologic diagnoses, general orthopedic conditions, and patients using prosthetic devices Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and on-site orthotics/prosthetics specialists to support patient outcomes Document progress and educate patients and families throughout the recovery process Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), or eligible for licensure in Georgia Experience or interest in outpatient neurologic and orthopedic physical therapy Open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians CPR and First Aid Certification required Who We Are: HPRC is a member of the Confluent Health family of companies — we're more than just physical and occupational therapists, we're movement makers.
