ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of five who value experience, discipline, and strong relationships. I've been in the insurance industry for 26 years and joined State Farm in 2012. Over the years, I've built this office on consistency, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers the right way.

We stay active in the community by volunteering with the Rodeo for the past five years, supporting Meals on Wheels for seniors, and contributing to Easter Seals. Giving back is important to both me and our team.

Our office offers flexibility with scheduled time off, team outings, team-building events, birthday lunches and gifts, and big milestone celebrations. When goals are met, we travel together. We also attend an annual conference, offer a Simple IRA, and pay for licensing up front.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Vahn Doctolero - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
