What You'll DoGuide clients through our proven sales process and introduce them to the Elements Wellness ProgramBuild strong relationships with new, existing, and prospective clientsDeliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from check-in to check-outHandle scheduling, payments, and client communication using our easy-to-learn systemsTurn feedback into opportunities to create outstanding service moments
What We're Looking ForA natural communicator who loves listening just as much as talkingSomeone who thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environmentOrganic sales experience necessaryespecially memberships or service-based salesBackground in customer service, hospitality, spa, or wellness environments preferredComfortable using computers and modern scheduling systemsPositive, driven, and passionate about creating great experiences for both clients and teammates
