Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine) opportunity in Pueblo, CO
Great opportunity to drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities. Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions.
