Quick Facts: Location: 2550 Sister Mary Columba Drive, Red Bluff, CA 96080 Start Date: 06/25/2026 Shift: 24-hour call (OB & Gyn ED) – no clinic/office patients Hours/Week: Variable, callback hours approximately 5-7 hours Employment Type: Locum, full-time Licenses/Certifications: Active CA medical license, board-certified or eligible OB/GYN Experience: Full scope OB GYN; deliveries (C-section/vaginal), gynecological surgeries Support Staff: Dedicated MA and Practice Manager Pay & Benefits: On Call Rate: $5,000–$6,000 flat rate per day (all hours included) Holiday Call Rate: $7,500–$9,000 flat rate (all hours included) Additional Compensation: Average callback hours 5–7 hours Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide full-scope OB GYN services, including deliveries, gynecologic surgeries, and emergency care Manage inpatient and outpatient cases in a hospital setting Respond promptly to on-call emergencies within 20 minutes Document patient encounters in Cerner EMR system Collaborate with support staff for patient care efficiency Contribute to a team committed to quality care and patient safety What You Need: Active California medical license and DEA Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN Minimum of [specify years if available] years of relevant experience Ability to perform deliveries and gynecologic surgeries Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: Join a reputable hospital in Red Bluff providing OB GYN services in a hospital-based setting.
