Job Description Business Systems Analyst Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and improve business applications, data reporting, and technology-driven processes. This role combines hands-on application administration, end-user support, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology while collaborating with business stakeholders to identify solutions, improve efficiency, and support system implementations. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain business applications, including ERP/CRM platforms, proprietary systems, and reporting tools. Manage system configurations, user access, and routine application maintenance. Coordinate data flows between operational systems and reporting platforms, including Power BI, Sigma, and SSRS. Evaluate business processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement, including Agentic AI solutions. Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides. Provide application and data support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal development teams and external vendors. Communicate with end users throughout the support process and confirm issues are resolved. Train and support employees in the effective use of business applications. Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, including the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Track project milestones, communicate status updates, and identify potential risks. Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to support system integrations and ongoing application needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; alternatively, five years of relevant experience in project management, process documentation, data visualization/reporting, or application support. Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM platforms strongly preferred. Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and platforms such as Snowflake strongly preferred. Knowledge of application development and project management methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall, is desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different time zones, countries, and organizations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
