About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities, establish relationships with medical and aesthetic practices, conduct equipment demonstrations, and manage the complete sales cycle through closing. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated record of selling high-value medical aesthetic equipment, an active network of dermatologists and aesthetic decision-makers, and the ability to generate commercial activity from the first month. Experience working with both the U.S. and Latin markets is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy for an assigned Florida territory. Prospect and build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, physicians, med spas, wellness centers, and aesthetic practices. Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, and market development. Conduct consultations, product presentations, and equipment demonstrations. Present clinical applications, business value, ROI, and financing options. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment through negotiation and closing. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activity in the company CRM. Participate in approved workshops, trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events. Coordinate contracts, equipment delivery, training, and client onboarding with internal teams. Monitor competitors, market activity, and emerging opportunities throughout Florida. Proven success in prospecting, territory development, pipeline management, and closing high-value transactions. Direct experience selling medical aesthetic devices, capital equipment, lasers, or energy-based platforms is strongly preferred. An active network of dermatologists, plastic surgeons, physicians, med spa owners, or aesthetic-practice decision-makers is highly valued. Ability to identify near-term opportunities and generate measurable commercial activity from the first month. Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Comfortable discussing ROI, financing, and business-growth opportunities with practice owners and decision-makers. Experience with CRM systems and disciplined sales follow-up. Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and comfortable working independently. Ability and willingness to travel throughout Florida for meetings, demonstrations, and events. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
