Job Overview Retail BankerII Float – Miami, Florida, United States of America Hours: 40 per week Pay: $24.00 - $33.50 USD (base pay varies by skills and experience) Responsibilities Act as the primary subject matter expert for both personal and business banking products, services, policies, and procedures in the store. Provide consultative financial advice and product recommendations based on customer needs and life events. Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to perform proactive customer assessments, identify solutions, and lead outbound sales activities. Explain detailed or complex information to team members and customers. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and cross‑functional teams. Participate in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities to deliver a human, friendly experience. Lead conversations about loan products and facilitate application intake. Serve as a point of escalation for customer questions or concerns. Perform teller‑type transactions such as check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals in accordance with fraud mitigation and operational policies. Use CRM data to gather customer insights and enhance the customer experience and journey. Cooperate with partners and other teams to make referrals and promote business growth. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; two‑year degree preferred. Minimum 2+ years of related experience; teller experience is preferred. Full proficiency with job‑related training and ability to perform all listed activities. Active registration status with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required; notary license is preferred. Strong customer service, organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to travel to multiple locations on the same day and adapt to a mobile, changing environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to participate in community services, including financial education classes. Physical Requirements Continuous sedentary work, operating office equipment, and prolonged concentration. Occasional lifting/carrying (under or over 25 lbs), bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting.
