Radiology Scheduler

To support patient imaging needs, the full-time Radiology Scheduler will work remotely to schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule radiology appointments while providing compassionate and accurate support in a high-volume contact center environment. Key responsibilities Schedule and manage radiology appointments across various modalities, ensuring timely and accurate service Document patient interactions and updates in designated CRM and scheduling systems while adhering to healthcare protocols Serve as a knowledge resource for patients regarding imaging procedures and coordinate with providers as needed Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required Minimum of six months of experience in a Work from Home customer service, scheduling, healthcare, or call center environment Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is preferred
