JOB DESCRIPTION :


Skills Desired:
• Prior experience in Desktop support as L2 & L3
• Hands on experience working on both Windows and Mac
• Prior experience handling VIP/ELT customers


. Prior experience on Laptop Refresh, Break fix and New hire setup.
• Prior knowledge on using MS Intune, Entra AD, On Prem AD, Mosyle.
• Extensive knowledge on Conference Room devices and support Town Halls
• Willing to Work from Office at least 4 days a week
