Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). SHIFT: 0630a-500p Monday - Friday On Call required Endoscopy Registered Nurse (Endoscopy RN)Endoscopy RNs manage patient care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures. They act as patient advocates in fast-paced hospital or outpatient clinic environments.Pre-procedure Duties: Assessing patient medical histories, explaining the procedure, answering questions, placing IVs, and administering sedatives. [Intra-procedure Duties: Monitoring vital signs, observing for pain or adverse reactions, and directly assisting the physician with scope operations and biopsy collections. Post-procedure Duties: Managing patient recovery from anesthesia, providing discharge instructions, and charting patient data. Requirements: Active RN license (ADN or BSN), BLS/ACLS certifications, and typically experience in critical care, ER, or surgical nursing.
