Radiology Technician

Role Overview The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging procedures on adult and pediatric patients to support diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. They prepare patients and equipment, providing clear instructions with professionalism and excellent customer service. The role involves independently conducting radiographic examinations, including portable and on-call procedures. Key Responsibilities Preparing patients and equipment for procedures Performing radiographic imaging independently, including portable and on-call exams Ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety protocols Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or trade school certification in radiologic technology Licenses: IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI), Radiology Technologist - Registered Preferred: 2+ years of experience, CPR certification Strong technical skills, professionalism, and communication abilities Additional Information This role offers multiple shifts, including days, nights, and extended hours across various hospital locations.
