Job Description

• Position: Junior Back Office Tecnico e Commerciale
• Business Unit: Eurofins Food Assurance
• Location: Vimodrone, Italy
• Contract type: Full Time Contract to be defined based on experience
• Reports to: Business Unit Manager

For the strengthening of our structure, we are looking for a Junior to be inserted in the administrative team as Back Office Tecnico Commerciale, to support the activities related to consultancy and certification services, for the operational management of orders and customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Insertion and management of service orders (consultancy, audits, certifications) within the company's management system
• Creation, updating and maintenance of customer, sites and services records in the system
• Operational support to the sales force in the post-sales phase
• Interface with technical teams, auditors and consultants
• Verification of the correctness of contractual data and service requirements
• Management and archiving of technical and commercial documentation
• Monitoring of the status of assignments and support to related administrative activities

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Office package and familiarity with CRM and management systems
• Precision, reliability and strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Attitude towards transversal work with commercial and technical functions
• Good team working attitude
• Secondary school diploma of second level
• Experience in back office commercial, sales assistant or technical back office roles will be considered a preferred requirement
