Sanitation Operator Date: Mar 27, 2026 Location: Morristown, IN - Indiana, US, 46161 City : Morristown State : Indiana (US-IN) Country : United States (US) Requisition Number : 44667 A Day in the Life: Job duties include but not limited to: Operations, sanitation, record keeping, housekeeping, and team duties in a soybean processing facility. Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm What You’ll Be Doing: Keep all work areas buildings and grounds clean at all times Complete all paperwork in a timely manner Actively participate in all aspects of safety including near miss reporting and meetings Perform other duties as assigned Understand and communicate clearly throughout the facility Know and follow all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work at varying heights and in confined spaces Ability to take instruction and work as a team with others Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures as required Ability to work safely and follow policies and procedures Willing to work overtime and flexible hours when needed Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalen Health Benefits – Offering choices so you can enroll in medical, dental and vision plans that meet your individual needs. 401(k) Retirement Plan – Investing in your future with an automatic 5% company contribution AND matching up to 4% of your contributions.
