This role involves the sale of supplemental insurance to business owners and their employees, along with the training and development of future sales leaders. Key Responsibilities Execute B2B direct sales, presenting insurance and supplemental coverage solutions to business owners and decision-makers. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional, consultative selling and effective presentations. Train, mentor, and support team members in sales systems, field execution, and performance development. Track activity and performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding goals while representing Devine Business Group with discipline and integrity.
