Physical Therapist

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while developing individualized plans of care designed to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

1. Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
3. Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based interventions.
4. Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.
5. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
6. Accurately complete evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
7. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.
8. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
9. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as clinic policies.

Required

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Georgia Physical Therapy license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred

• Outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Manual therapy training or certification.
• Dry Needling certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
