We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Top Rail Fence - Phoenixville, a leading provider of high-quality residential and commercial fencing solutions. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating leads, and closing sales by delivering tailored fencing solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation:
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal delivery, negotiation, and final closing.
• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Provide detailed product knowledge about various fencing options (wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, etc.) and services.
• Assess customer needs to recommend appropriate fencing solutions based on project size, design, and budget.
• Site Consultations:
• Conduct on-site measurements and inspections to ensure accurate estimates.
• Address client questions and provide guidance on design options, materials, and installation processes.
• Proposal & Quoting:
• Prepare and present competitive, accurate, and timely estimates/quotes to potential clients.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales and track progress.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Reporting:
• Document all client interactions, estimates, and sales activities in CRM software.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in construction, fencing, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of fencing products, materials, and installation processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to measure project sites accurately and prepare estimates.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for site visits.
