Celebrations Speech Group is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our clinic-based pediatric team in Brentwood, California. This is an in-person position with a supportive team, engaging caseload, and opportunities for professional growth. Celebrations Speech Group is a private practice and Nonpublic Agency with decades of experience providing high-quality pediatric therapy services. We serve children in clinic, school, and home-based settings through a collaborative, team-centered approach. Responsibilities include:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting.
• Document treatment sessions, therapeutic interventions, client progress, and related service notes accurately and timely.
• Assist with progress updates, treatment plan implementation, and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising OTs, families, and team members to support client outcomes.
• Assist with evaluation-related tasks and documentation as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Perform other job-related duties consistent with the role and business needs.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure through the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, families, and team members.
• Positive, professional, and collaborative demeanor.

Compensation: $67,200.00 - $80,000.00 per year
