Position Title: Sales Advisor

Location: Hybrid (Remote / Office) – Connecticut Preferred

Compensation: $125,000 Base + Approximately $175,000 OTE

Travel: Limited travel (4–6 conferences/events annually)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business development efforts and build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Identify and engage prospective insurance brokers and related organizations.
• Partner closely with marketing to maximize lead generation efforts and improve lead-to-close conversion.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client pain points and position compliance solutions effectively.
• Manage CRM activity, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain professionalism and strong business communication throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal experts to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Attend select industry conferences and events to build relationships and expand market presence.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow sales pipelines.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Hunter mentality with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Professional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales enablement tools effectively.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience within the insurance, compliance, legal, or regulatory industries.
• Experience selling professional services or complex B2B solutions.
• Familiarity with referral-based selling environments.
• Experience working within EOS-driven organizations or highly accountable sales cultures.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior exposure to conference-based networking and relationship-driven sales strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: Approximately $125,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Approximately $175,000 OTE with commission and bonus incentives tied to new business growth
