Managing complex vendor relationships, the full-time Retention Specialist will drive digital payment adoption, reduce churn, and ensure a seamless vendor experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Engage with vendors to retain business through strategic options and proactive retention strategies Analyze vendor behavior and recommend workflow improvements to enhance the vendor experience and operational efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve vendor issues and support the rollout of new products Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in client success, customer service, or retention roles Strong understanding of digital payments and payment processing concepts Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve vendor adoption Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
