Emergency Department Observation Aide — High-Impact Care

HAHHH

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a caregiver to provide constant observation and highly attentive care in the Emergency Department. The role focuses on safety checks every 15 minutes, escorting patients, and assisting with meals under RN guidance. Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma, de-escalation training, and current BLS/Heart Saver certification.
