You'll troubleshoot discrepancies, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!What You Will DoMonitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit's commercial requirements.Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.Track critical raw materials and products, notifying departments of shortages or irregularities.What You Will BringHigh school diploma required.1+ year in materials or warehouse role, with experience doing cycle counts and inventory adjustments.Skilled with handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to identify issues, gather data, and develop well-documented solutions.Experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations effectively.What We Can Offer YouCompetitive Pay & Benefits: Enjoy a robust Total Rewards Program that includes health, financial benefits, and more.Generous Time Off: Take advantage of our generous vacation, sick days, holidays, plus a volunteer day to give back to the community.Retirement & Growth: 401(k) match, profit sharing, and abundant growth and development opportunities to help you advance your career.Parental Leave: Because we care about your family and your future.Shift Hours: 3pm - 11pmCompensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour.
