Veterinary Technician Practice Leader, Eye Care for Animals - Pearland Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the veterinary practice, ensuring overall success while meeting performance benchmarks. In addition to performing primary veterinary technician duties, the Practice Leader will handle reporting, payroll processing, hiring, and employee supervision.
