Planning & Inventory Control Manager

Twin Resources is working with a well-established manufacturing client to find a Planning & Inventory Control Manager who can take ownership of production planning, materials strategy, and inventory performance. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain stability.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align demand, capacity, and resources
  • Lead material planning (MRP) to ensure the right materials are available at the right time
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels , accuracy, and control systems
  • Partner across operations, procurement, sales, and finance to keep everything running smoothly
  • Identify risks (shortages, excess stock) and proactively solve them
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track key performance metrics
  • Lead and develop a team, building a strong culture of accountability and performance
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, materials management, or inventory control
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex supply chain challenges
  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related)
