Hospice PRN Registered Nurse

Hospice Registered Nurse PRNThis role will work with hospice clients to provide personal engagement and enhance quality of life.Responsibilities:Deliver hospice nursing care.Foster therapeutic relationships.Conduct thorough nursing assessments.Plan and implement effective care.Manage pain and symptoms.Ensure patient safety.Facilitate care environment transitions.Educate patients, families, and caregivers.Support end-of-life processes.Address end-of-life ethical concerns.Produce accurate documentation promptly.Utilize resources efficiently.Adhere to practice scope and continuously enhance services.Maintain Bloom's professional conduct standards.Qualifications:Accredited nursing school graduate.Valid CO RN license.At least one year in medical, surgical, or critical care nursing.Strong clinical assessment capability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with strong time management.Computer proficiency.Additional Qualifications Preferred:Experience in hospice or oncology.Understanding of death/dying and bereavement processes.CHPN certification.Bloom Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $50.00 - $60.00 per hour with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits.
