- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical equipment
- Assist in installing, commissioning, and testing mechanical systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence
- Document work performed accurately and efficiently
- Proven experience with mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pumps, gearboxes, and related equipment
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with HVAC or industrial machinery
- Familiarity with PLCs and automation systems
- Critical thinking and rapid troubleshooting abilities
- Prior experience in oil and gas or industrial facility environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- 2+ years of mechanical maintenance or related experience
- Valid technical certifications or licenses are a plus
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical environments
- Travel or extended work hours may be required on occasion
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
