What You’ll Do Receive, store, stage, and distribute raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload shipments while verifying quantities, documentation, and product condition. Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, ERP transactions, and material reconciliation. Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored per GMP and safety standards. Coordinate material movement with Production, Scheduling, and Supply Chain teams. Prepare materials for production batches and ensure timely delivery to manufacturing lines. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization in compliance with cGMP, SOP, and safety requirements. Assist with shipping, receiving, palletizing, wrapping, and staging activities as needed. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Complete documentation accurately and in real time using ERP and warehouse management systems. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or GMP‑regulated environment. Minimum 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse setting. Experience operating sit‑down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory transactions, and warehouse documentation processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy. Ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Production teams. Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices, GMP standards, and material handling procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
