About The Role We are seeking an HR Generalist to support Reworld’s South Region HR Team primarily for our Tulsa, OK and Huntsville, AL sites. The candidate must reside near the Huntsville area for consideration. This role will provide HR support for all key processes—employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, development, engagement, and workforce planning—serving as a trusted advisor and business partner with creative solutions to support business priorities. Position Responsibilities Partner and coach managers on engaging employees and resolving people and employee relations issues. Use data-driven HR business insights to provide solutions and recommendations to leadership. Support recruitment efforts within assigned facilities; partner with facility managers to assess workforce planning needs. Attend career fairs at local agencies, universities, and vocational schools to source talent with a focus on improving diversity, equity, and inclusion. Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientations, exit/stay interviews, analyze trends, develop action trackers, and maintain HRIS system accuracy. Serve as point of contact for payroll and benefits questions. Produce employee newsletters and organize engagement events. Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating company policies and procedures. Create a positive employee relations environment, balancing business and employee needs, establishing trust and credibility. Position Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. PHR or SPHR certification, preferred. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, supporting hourly and salaried workforce. Willingness to travel within the South Region and relocate for future opportunities. Strong business acumen and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a flexible environment. Safety leadership role model. Creative, self-starting approach to implementing HR practices with minimal supervision. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient with MS Office products. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of employment/labor law and progressive HR practices. HRIS experience highly desirable; Workday, UKG, Kronos experience a plus. Physical Demands Of The Role May require standing, sitting, talking, hearing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and using hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. The base pay range for this role in the primary location is $69,100.00 – $91,900.00 USD, based on experience, education, location, skills, and other factors. The final salary offered will be determined accordingly.
