Flagstar Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Skilled Nursing Facilities in NYC and surrounding areas. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver treatments and educate patients and families to improve function and cognition. We offer both Direct Employment and Independent Contractor options, plus assistance with setup of a corporation.
