As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pre-Employment Requirements: Valid Driver's License with a least 1 year of driving experience Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center buildings, access points, equipment areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations. Monitor access activity and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery verification in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining awareness of changing site conditions. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
