Community outreach programs Responsibilities: Greet clients entering the showroom and field their requests Answer telephones and direct to the correct personnel Manage receipts and cash transactions Filing and reporting Stocking client waiting area drinks and snacks Provide support to management Requirements: Associates degree; bachelor's degree a major plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when communicating via email Excellent typing skills (60 WPM plus) Comfort in interacting with clients via phone Professional dress code Able to work in a "Four Seasons" style work environment
