Maintenance Supervisor

The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift) for a food manufacturing company located in the Batavia NY area. Title: Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift) Location: Batavia, NY Area Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 Responsibilities Act as backup for Maintenance Manager and help drive shift objectives Lead troubleshooting, assign techs, and resolve equipment issues quickly Monitor uptime, cost efficiency, labor usage, and output quality Coordinate work orders and communicate with Production between shifts Execute preventive/predictive maintenance and oversee shift plans Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, sanitation, SQF & HACCP standards Train staff, maintain SOPs, and support continuous improvement efforts Partner with Production, QA, and R&D to sustain smooth operations Supervise union employees and enforce policies consistently Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing Background in food/dairy processing preferred Knowledge of automated systems, packaging, and maintenance practices Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Familiarity with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group, INC.
