Key Responsibilities Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and pallet jacks (as required by location) Pick, pack, stage, and load orders accurately and efficiently Perform shipping and receiving activities, including verifying materials and documentation Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and product movement Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas in accordance with safety standards Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and operational goals Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned Qualifications Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems strongly preferred Ability to operate material handling equipment (training provided where applicable) Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds , with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to safely climb ladders or platforms as required by the role Ability to perform repetitive motions such as grasping, handling, and scanning Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and machinery Career Growth & Advancement PrimeSource Building Products is committed to developing our people and promoting from within.
