Physical Therapist Assistant

South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on therapy in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings across Hawaii. In this collaborative, patient-centered role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and functional independence. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.
