We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. The position requires excellent telephone skills. Must be able to work from 12:30 pm to 5 pm Monday through Friday and the 2nd Saturday of the month from 9am to 1pm. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English required. Dedicated to customer service Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs. About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our office is located in Alexandria. Our office is open Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 5pm and the 1st and 2nd Saturday 9am to 1pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2006. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive. I am a proud graduate of Penn State University. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 49 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Additional languages spoken: Spanish State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
