Develop individualized treatment plans focusing on both immediate and long-term goals for communication, cognition, or swallowing.

Deliver dedicated speech therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, language development, fluency, vocal clarity, and swallowing health.

Work hand in hand with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, family members, and caregivers to design cohesive care plans.

Educate patients and families on techniques to encourage progress beyond the clinical environment.

Occasionally participate in inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless care experience throughout the healing process.

Document patient progress accurately and promptly, adhering to relevant state and organizational standards.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of innovations in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hiring.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for all age groups, with an in-depth understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills when collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Ability to modify therapeutic approaches to accommodate a wide array of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical decision-making and analytical capabilities.

Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation requirements.
