Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Shepherdsville, KY 40165
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 DOE

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements, support APQP and PPAP activities, ensure IATF 16949 compliance, and help deliver products that exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage supplier and customer quality activities, including PPAP approvals, supplier performance, and corrective actions
• Lead APQP efforts for new product launches and engineering changes
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans, and quality system documentation
• Support IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 audits while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze quality data, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to improve product and process performance

What You Need for This Position

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field) with 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and IATF 16949
• Experience supporting internal, supplier, and customer audits, with exposure to ISO 14001 preferred
• Ability to operate quality inspection equipment, including CMMs, Optical Comparators, and measurement tools
