What You’ll Do

As a full-time Room Attendant in Rangeley Lake, ME, you help create a clean, comfortable stay by keeping guest spaces ready for arrival and refreshed throughout the visit. This onsite role matters because your work directly supports guest satisfaction and our service standards.

Key responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and select common areas; making beds; dusting, vacuuming, and restocking linens and amenities; checking rooms for missed details; noting and reporting maintenance concerns; and following safety practices while working efficiently with the team.

- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts

A Typical Shift

You’ll start by checking your room list and stocking your cart so you’re set up to move smoothly from one space to the next. Between turns, you’ll coordinate with teammates on priorities, quick updates, and any special requests that come in. As the day goes on, you’ll pace yourself to stay on track, pause for a final walkthrough before marking a room ready, and flag anything that needs attention so it can be handled quickly. You’ll finish by resetting supplies and getting ready for the next day’s arrivals.
