Qualifications & Skills Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with Illinois license Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work Minimum of 3 years related experience preferred Strong communication, de-escalation, and crisis intervention skills Ability to work with diverse age groups, maintain confidentiality, and handle stressful situations Proficiency in documentation, community resource navigation, and regulatory compliance Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and ability to travel Key Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and provide crisis intervention to ensure safety Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel during crises Offer follow-up case management and connect clients to ongoing resources Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards Educate clients and community providers about mental health and substance use issues Ensure proper reporting, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
