Job Opening: Recruiter Location: Remote (US Hours - 9am to 5pm EST) Type: Full-Time Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing qualified ABA professionals based on client's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract behavior technicians, BCBAs, and administrative staff. Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking. Screen, evaluate, and set up interviews for potential hires. Coordinate and conduct reference checks. Work with the staffing coordinator to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process and final case assignment. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the agency’s staffing needs. Track hiring metrics, analyze trends, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Success Metrics Hires: Number of interviews set up per month Candidate Quality: Percentage of candidates successfully placed on cases Time to Interview: Time from application to interview Daily Tasks Phone screen candidates Perform reference check calls Stay in contact with candidates to ensure they are setting up interviews Weekly Tasks Promote jobs for needed neighborhoods Update internal map Monthly Tasks Reaching out to Passed Screening - No Available Cases candidates to determine case placement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach. Passion for connecting candidates with the right opportunities.
