If the opportunity to build your career is compelling, read on for more details.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead a team of talented software engineers from around the worldDefine strategy, roadmaps, and product requirements for compelling customer-facingexperiencesLead projects to level up internal teams to become AI-nativeDrive alignment among stakeholders on user experience, priorities, and timelinesConduct market and competitive research to inform product decisionsMake data-informed decisions that align with strategic goalsTrack product performance metrics and report progress against goalsCommunicate product features and requirements to audiences of varying technical backgrounds,including business stakeholders, software engineers, designers, and executivesPerform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practicePERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of product management experienceComprehensive understanding of software development processesStrong critical thinking and first-principles problem-solvingSound understanding of UX design principlesWorking knowledge of technical concepts such as databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSSExperience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, Codex) for personal or team productivity andworkflow automationFamiliarity with project/roadmap tools such as Jira or LinearAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsEDUCATION:Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical fieldAlternatively, a bachelors degree in a non-technical field paired with relevant technicalexperience, coursework, or a certification (e.g., coding bootcamp)JUUL LABS PERKS & BENEFITS:A place to grow your career.
