Maintains daily thorough documentation of services in the EMR. Possesses own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Masters or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy. Education and/or experience: new graduate applicants welcome + experienced therapists. Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist. Job Type PRN (per diem basis). Flexible schedule: choose when to work and accept or decline cases based on availability. Variety of settings: ALF and residential home environments. Higher rates: higher pay to compensate for lack of benefits. No long‑term contracts: assignments vary in number and duration. Weekend and holiday shifts possible with premium pay rates.
